Description This wood treatment contains wax additives and leaves behind a protective coating that is mould resistant. Water-based wood stain with very low VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and good eco-credentials. This micro-porous resin coating is suitable for use on both planed (finished) as well as rough sawn timber. Once dry it is not harmful to plants, children or animals making it the ideal choice not only for fencing and sheds, but all types of animal housing from chicken coups to kennels. Rich Matt colour with a sheen finish. 1 coat on fencing with 2 coats for sheds & housing. Approx. 6 – 12m2 per litre per coat. Coverage rates for 1st coat and rough-sawn timber will be at the lower end. Touch-dry in 2 hours in normal weather. Allow approx. 4-6 hours before applying 2nd coat if conditions are clear and dry. Drying time will be far longer in cold humid conditions
