This axe is good for small work in carving. The long sharp nose of the ax will allow you to work with small details so you can use it even for very small work. You can use it for Sculpting , to carve kuksas, bowls, spoons. Has a knob at the end of the handle. We used forged and hardened 52100 steel. HRC 57-58. Grippy.
